Methodology used in the course

Hello guys, in this page we are going to talk about the methodology we are going to use
this year.

The methodology that use “Maristak” in medium and top grades, is very similar.
This methodology is composed by the ”WORK TEAM”. The first day of the first course, we
made a poll about our thoughts, hobbies, feelings etc..

Based on that, teachers made work teams, composed by four or three people. The groups were
maintained during all the year. This methodology has advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, working in groups has many advantages and we are going to comment it in
the next lines.

Thanks to be working on groups, you can learn easily from the rest of your group classmates.
f you have any type of problem or dude, you can ask to a group member and maybe you will get
the answer you were finding. Apart from that, if the group environment is adequate and it
breaths good vibes, the support team is essential for your own self esteem. Sharing knowledge
between the group is very important because due to that, if you don´t know something about a

subject and a member of your team yes, can help you, and the other way around also. Finally other advantage that we think is great is to have a good relationship between group members,
this can create a good environment and can motivate you to work harder.

On the other hand, working in groups, is not as easy as we have write in the previous lines.
The group work is very complicated to achieve and we are going to explain some cases that
can make a group a hell. A good  communication between members is fundamental and if there
is not a open and respectful communication, can appear many problems and disputes. Is
important to be integrate and to have confidence between classmates, on the contrary people
maybe not tell their thoughts and the potential will decreased with the past of the time. Apart
from that, if there are people that work harder and more than other people, they will think that
is unfair for them  and discussions are going to be the predominant conversation topic. Each
people is different and there is the reason why you should know your group limits. From other
side, is “VERY” important to have a common goal. If you reach that, you will can achieve your
personal and group objectives.

Finally we like to say that is essential for the group to solve the internal problems. Troubles,
will always appear but it depends on you to give them a solution. The best way to solve a
problem is to discuss or debate it. Doing that, can help you to understand your classmate and
maybe you will can solve that problem.
