Fourth Week October 22-26th

During this fouth week, he have make big avances in our bend study. The last friday, we realized that the piece was not well done, so we have had to do it again. However, we have put some punches to direct well the band in the press. He have done some changes in the bend study and finally we have thought the best method to take out the piece from the die.







Apart from that, we have madre some calculations to know the total force that the press will do and after knowing that, we will decide which press we are going to use. However, we calculate the gravity center of the bend.

With iranzu, we have finalized the company inform where we have put  all the information about our company. For example, we have what type of company we are, what is a DAFO analysis, we hve done a market study of our industrial zone etc..

With Julen we have done some exercises in Catia and we have learn how to use a new tool called "parameters". This tool, allows to change some measurements more easily than entering in the sketch and changing from it because changing from the sketch a measure, maybe you will more measurements than you want.








With Nagore we have continue doing an AMFE inform and we have continue using the measure machine in class. We measure a little circular piece and we learn how to use the COSMOS program to measure different pieces.


Finally, we actualize the "plangintza" where we put daily or weekly what we do during all classes.
